... we had dealt with a very difficult basement remodel due to a basement flood of an improperly installed water line coming into the house and Eric helped us on that to. they had a decortor come in and stage the place....looks better than we ever had it.

But we moved out of state and really needed to lean on Eric to arrange for the handyman to stain the front door (first impressions) and run through a punch list of hard-to-do things including moving a heavy piece of art.
